Small store but mighty. WHISK by Avo & Co. provides superb ceremonial matcha in Niagara-on-the-Lake! If you are looking for a brunch spot in St. Catharines, you may want to check out Pique-Nique, located on Russell Ave.  Pique-Nique is a French brunch café and wine bar that focuses on using local farmers' ingredients in the Niagara region. With a bright and spacious outdoor seating area, you can catch lots of locals enjoying a cup of coffee under the sun. The interior is a mixture of modern and European styles, with some close seating and tables that can be hard to squeeze in during peak hours.  Pique-Nique from the outdoor view Pique-Nique uses traditional techniques to craft its dishes, aiming to fit right in your picnic basket. Their in-house artisan breads are extremely well-made. Both dishes were fresh and had a balanced taste. The portion is quite picnic-sized; therefore, this might not fill you up entirely.
